I went back to China over Thanksgiving from Nov 12th to Nov 25th. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in China. I took some time off to visit my mom and take care of some family things. It's in cold winter. It turned out that I don't get used to the cold anymore over many years of Southern California life. I feel I'm spoiled! I had been sick the whole time.
During the short stay, I spent some quality time with mom. Mom is doing great. I've got a lot done over there. It's a good trip despite the fact that I had been sick and burned out from the tight schedule.
