It's all about waterfalls!

Lots lots water falls! Large ones and smalls ones. There are a couple large ones of similar size of Niagra falls. There are tons of small pretty ones as well. We went to the Brazil side in the morning and had a distance overlook of the falls. It was raining hard in the morning. In order to go to the Argentine side of the falls, we had to take a bus all the way almost back to the downtown of Foz do and change another bus to Puerto Iguazu's bus terminal (Puerto Iguazu is where Argentine side of the water falls is) then change another bus to the waterfall from the bus station. It's quite a hassel. On the way to Puerto Iguazu, we crossed border and the bus stop for border checkup. Everyone had to get off the bus and present the ID ( passport). Once the bus crossed the border, the scene changed. Argentina side is more like countryside with dirt roads and farms. The antique shops on the streets sell completely different styles of souvenir.
We took the walking trails to see the water falls at Argentine side, which are very close to the water falls. Some of the trails are so close that you can get wet easily from the falls. The weather had been really freaky that day and changed from pouring, sprinkling to sunny a few times. You can definitely feel the tropical humid and heat. Then you just miss California's beach breeze no matter what the world wonder is in front of you. But the Iguazu is definitely spectacular and worth a vist!
