I definitely had a cooking weekend. Felt like to cook some American food, I invited a few friends to my house. I started to put the receipts together a couple of weeks ago. I absolutely put a lot of time and money on the party. I started to cook Sunday morning and it took me whole day! The food turned out great except the cookies that taste really salty and the texture is funny. It also took me a few hours to clean up. A lot of work! I of course ate a lot, I now feel fatty and crappy. I don't like the feeling at all.
Here is my menu: Appetizer: Crackers and cheese, chips and salsa, stuffed mushroom, deli bread, pizza quasalida
Main dish: Lasagna and Salmon casserole
Desert: Rasberry cream pie and cookies
